Born in eastern Inner (Southern) Mongolia’s Bairn Right Banner. He obtained his B.A. in Mongolian Linguistics and Literatures from the Inner Mongolia University. In 1998,
he came to the United States. In 2005, he obtained his Masters in Science in Computer Science from the City College of New York. In 2001, he and his colleagues created the Southern Mongolian Human Rights Information Center (SMHRIC). Currently he works as the Director of SMHRIC. He spoke before the United Nations Forum on Minority Issues, United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues and United States Congressional Commissions on China on human rights conditions of Southern Mongolia.
